My van broke down in the middle of Kansas on a cross country trip, a very stressful experience. We barely got it to the dealer, but thank God we were near Colby. The staff here were so friendly and helpful that it helped turn our experience around. Not only did they fix the van, but they helped us out getting around, finding a place to stay, and to continue with our trip while our van was getting fixed. Thanks so much, guys!
I asked numerous times if there was anything concerning about the Jeep other than the high mileage. Absolutely nothing was disclosed. Within 4 weeks broke down on the IA. The first mechanic said there was so much wrong (disconnected, leaking, plugged etc.) he didn't know where to start. He was shocked it would be sold without disclosing so much that was obviously wrong. I have now lost $7,000 on this car. It is broken down in Salina after its 3rd break down in 6 weeks and I have no intention to pick it up. When I confronted this dealership they said there must have been a misunderstanding, when they said it had a lot of mileage they were trying to warn me it wasn't "road worthy". I am a good person but naive - I got played and there's little I can do.
