The people in the Colby store are rude and unprofessional. The parts guys ordered the wrong part, the service manager was grumpy and the lady was yelling at everyone. The store manager didn't do anything about it as he was too busy telling stories. It's dirty, cluttered, and the employees were talking bad about another customer. Won't return back to this store.
