I called the Colby post office today. It was so nice that the phone was answered by a person and not a machine. I spoke with a gentleman regarding passport renewal. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. I very much appreciated his time and customer service.

Closing the doors even a couple of minutes early is a big inconvenience to customers. In addition, the staff is very slow at EVERYTHING and provide minimal answers when requests for standard post office information is requested. Highly disappointing...
