We recently visited and the women's bathroom was absolutely, disgustingly filthy - worse than porta-potties at a big public event. It did make us second guess ordering any food...... We did talk to manager to alert him of the issue, but we will not be ever stopping there again.

Their oven was broken so no biscuits. Sadface. Nice people though. Solid service. Not a long wait despite being breakfast rush.
My best friend left her wallet in the bathroom with all our travel money and id's. We didn't notice it for 3 hours. We came back, someone had turned it in with everything in it, and Brad was so nice to us!
Need to teach staff how to ring up 'specials'. I ordered 2 items from "2 for $3" menu and they rang up at over $6! When I questioned it, the young employee called the manager and even he couldn't fix it and had to call a bigger manager. How many people get ripped off by that? Especially when you go thru the drive-thru and don't notice until later when you are miles away?!? Unacceptable for a big company like McDonald's!
