Good Starbucks products & service. Take the Starbucks card but don't do the free rewards. Something to do with their licensing. Restrooms in another part of the building, easily accessible.
Always slow when I come through but always consistent. Nice atmosphere and comfortable seating for a quick break from the highway.
This location is lacking service. We have stopped in twice and have waited almost 20 min for our coffee both times. We witnessed other customers have problems and the situation was not handled with tact.
Super patient, helpful, and friendly staff. I went in without my phone and cards because it was to be a quick restroom stop. Plans changed and I was sent to grab a drink. I only had Samsung Pay on my watch for payment & I was hoping they had the self card swipe. They didn't, it was on their screen. It was a bit awkward trying to figure it out stretching my arm over... but the lady was so kind and patient, trying her best to help out. I took my watch off so she could try and she got it to go through quickly. I was very impressed with her diligence in serving me until completion, as though I was the only customer there. I didn't grab her name, but props and kudos to her and the other staff who chose not to quit or act impatient. Thanks.
Rude. I was explaining my drink, they stated don't have a half shot button and overcharged my card for my drink. They could have made it same price as normal Starbucks but this is Private owned. Don't get excited. And very slow
