Excellent customer service, they took care of my college student and gave her a excellent deal. We live 1500 miles from there and they delt with us via phone to get everything done for her trip home. Made us feel good to know she was in excellent hands
I am a little late posting a review (about 8months), but figured I should share my experience since I found what damage had been done to my car after taking it here. After we researched and made a few calls to see who we would feel comfortable with putting on new tires, we decided to go with T.O Haas Tire because the pricing was good and we were assured they could handle the job. After we returned home, we noticed that they used cheap weights. Eight months later when I was waxing my car, I noticed the rocker panel was creased and the pressure exerted caused the paint to crack in that area. Apparently during changing the tires, they didn't lift the car properly and placed it on the rocker panel directly in front of the support specifically designed for lifting on the car, a big grey square you can't help but see. I know this happened at their shop because no one has touched my car since and it was new before they touched it. I just wish I had caught it sooner. So my advice is if you have a nice car and want to keep it nice seek another shop.
We are on a cross country trip and a warning light came on in our Highlander. We looked it up and maintenance manual said to get it checked out immediately. So... We are in the middle of Kansas with the nearest Toyota dealer 100 miles away. We stopped in here and they hooked the car up to a computer. Worked us in right away and it turned out to be ok. Charged us only a small fee for checking it out and we are back on the road again. Very friendly and helpful service...recommend them highly!
This place is awful. We were on our way to Denver and our Subaru started having trouble and we knew we couldn't make it to Boulder without a part being replaced. We called ahead of time and they said they could check out our car. We showed up, and the signage was all torn down and the place looked terrible, but we still walked in since we were desperate. We told the man at the front counter about our issue and he muttered something about them being busy and they could look at it in a little bit. We waited about 20 minutes and the guy had his back turned on us the whole time not saying a word -almost seemed as if he was on drugs. After not hearing anything, we just walked outside and left and the guy didn't come out to see where we were going or anything. Just awful. Don't go here - it is gh-etto.
The guy was great. He was able to get my new tire swapped out in like 10 minutes very nice small town place . I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through Kansas if they have vehicle problems . Tue only down side is they close at 5 or 530 pm other than that they are great.
